Worthington cylinders a.s. has an efficient and state of the art production technology. Due to various employees’ motivation programs it actively introduces plant development, cost cutting and modernization programs.

The major production operations are fulfilled at the following plant facilities:
Press Rooms: technological facilities include shearing, feed line, drawing, offsetting and stamping
Air Tanks Weld Line: technological facilities include welding of spuds, shells, wrappers and seams. Welding is followed by shot blasting and testing
Paint Line: technological facilities include zincing/ phosphating, powder painting, final assembling, marking (INK-JET technology) and final checking.
